whenever i submitted the Record producer one worknote is showing in incident table

Hi Community,

 

whenever i submitted the Record producer the below work note is showing in incident table. 

 

"Ticket has been sent to Accenture Shared ServiceNow", but rest of things working fine

 

Will it be fine or it may be issue in future?

if it is not possible, please find the  attached screenshot

Start the tracer from the right corner button and then perform the activity which copies the work note to the incident. Then you will see the BR's which are running.

Yes, please check all those script once and see if any of them are adding the value
