Hi Community,
whenever i submitted the Record producer the below work note is showing in incident table.
"Ticket has been sent to Accenture Shared ServiceNow", but rest of things working fine
Will it be fine or it may be issue in future?

this is BR script, in Script tracer is showing line no : 35 for that worknote
but i could not find, Please check line no 35 and advise
