Where can I download Lab files for the courses?

I am after the Problem Management Workflow XML for lab 6.2 in the Advanced System Administration Course (Jakarta Version). I'm not sure where I can download it. Please help.

No, I'm referring to the course materials.  I found some answers to this but the site cannot be found anymore.  I'm trying to look what is the new site of:

thanks, I will do that, but I'm still hoping that someone might actually know - I'm in the middle of going through the course on my own, and hoping not to wait for Monday for a reply.
