Hi,
I want to edit the 'Resolve' button in the incident table in Service Operation Workspace' but I cant find it under UI Action table. Where can I find it?

@Alon Grod , if you are using your OOB UI action you should be able to disable it by setting this record to active false UX Form Action Layout Item - Resolve:
https://<your_instance>.service-now.com/sys_ux_form_action_layout_item.do?sys_id=a1cf79fac7213010d7e818b1c7c26007&sysparm_view=&sysparm_domain=null&sysparm_domain_scope=null

Hello @Alon Grod ,
you need to go to the UI Action table<sys_ui_actio>, and search for name 'Resolved', table incident and you need to check the workspace tab on the UI action form and you need to check those checkboxes :
Those checkboxes are regarding UI actions on the workspace.

@Stefan Georgiev hi i found the under UI action a 'Resolve' ui action but when I make it inactive i can still see it in SOW, so i dont think this is the right answer.

@Alon Grod if you are sure that is the correct UI action and it is not active, try to clear the cache and relog.

@Stefan Georgiev can you please check on your end to see what happend in SOW when u make it inactive?
