Where can I find the UI Action 'Resolve' on the incident table in Service Operation Workspace?

Hi,

I want to edit the 'Resolve' button in the incident table in Service Operation Workspace' but I cant find it under UI Action table. Where can I find it?

@Alon Grod , if you are using your OOB UI action you should be able to disable it by setting this record to active false UX Form Action Layout Item - Resolve:

Hello in your ui action there is a field called "Format for Configurable Workspace"  uncheck that and that ui action will be removed from SOW.

Hi @Alon Grod 

 

It will be done via

 

Go to UX Form actions from Navigator and deactivate the create change request button on incident table as shown below

to hide in SOW  UX Form Actions "Resolve" didnt worked untill I had to disable also Its action assignment.
