In application Navigator - Type "stats.do" --your current version of your instance would visible on the right side. Thanks.

Build name will let you know which version of the instance you are on

Navigate to System Diagnostics > Stats > Stats. On the Statistics page, you'll find the "Build name" which indicates the ServiceNow release version.

OR on the URL type "/stats.do" at the end of instance URL.
