Log in to your ServiceNow instance.

Click on the question mark (?) icon in the top-right corner.

Select "About".

A popup will display the version name (e.g., "Washington", "Utah", "Rome").

Please type stats.do in the All navigation to check the system version and other system/version related information about the instance.

you can find the instance version details and upgrade details under stats.do
