Where would I go to modify the caller card in the Service Operations Workspace?

Hello,

 

I'm just wondering where I go to modify the "title" shown below in the SOW. I'm not really seeing anything in UI builder for it.

Based on the responses and what I've been seeing in videos and other posts, those steps appear to be correct for the SNC Record Page. However in the latest version of "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications" (which at the time of posting is 4.1.0), support recommends using the "SRP Record" page. At least this was the case for us because we had run into some issues with page variants after creating a variant and making no changes to the page. 

 

So if you happen to be on this later version of SOW and you are using the SRP Record page, you'll first want to change your application scope to "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Common." Then you would need to create a variant, and then scroll down to where it says "Tab sidebar":

After selecting "Tab sidebar", you'll notice that on the right side of the screen under the "Config" tab that there is a section for "PAGE COLLECTION". Click on the hierarchy icon.

From there, you'll select "Caller Heading" on the left hand side, and the label can be updated on the right hand side.

If you change in SOW, it will be get change at Native view as well.

Go to view and SOW

 

The right click on caller and configure dictionary

and change here.

That doesn't appear to be a correct statement. Looking at the dictionary entry for that field, ours is called "Affected User". That's how it appears in the desktop view and the SOW (on the record), so that field doesn't appear to be tied to the caller card in the SOW.

Could you please share the dictionary screen shot.
