Could any one do the needful.
Thanks & Regards,

Best practice is to use the OOTB Event Connector for SolarWinds. The connector is hosted on a MID Server and pulls events from SolarWinds. You can read more about the SolarWinds event connector in the Product Documentation.

Hi, not sure what you've done, however you need to download the MID Server software from your ServiceNow instance (navigate to MID Server > Downloads) and install the MID Server on a server running a supported version of Windows or Linux. Follow the instructions in the Product Documentation. Be sure to create user credentials assigned the mid_server role before you run the MID Server installer on your Windows or Linux server.
Once the MID Server is up and running and you've validated it in the ServiceNow instance, you'll be ready to create an Event Connector instance for SolarWinds as per the Product Documentation.
