Hi @sahana1998,
@Dr Atul G- LNGis correct in stating that the 'sn_incident_write' role provides edit access to all incidents. This is however based on what I would suggest is a vanilla or baseline OOB (Out Of Box) instance such as a PDI.
I can pretty much guarantee based on your requirement that ACL's have been edited and additional ACL's and config changes have been made on your instance.
You're going to have to review the ACL's and your instance to see what's been implemented starting with the Incident Table - write ACL to see what additional requirements have been configured - for example - member of the support group.
To review the ACL's - Elevate your role to 'security_admin' by clicking on your avatar in the top right hand corner and then search for 'Access Control (ACL)' in the Navigation menu.
Review the ACL's with the 'write' operation for name: incident

Thanks, Robbie

Hi @sahana1998
sn_incident_write is basic one, if still not working please check the ACL on Incident table.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
