Hi All ,
when customers are adding additional on incident , the comments are getting duplicated , suppose if i add 'shabbir' in additional comments , its updating 2 times
How to solve this ?

any BR on that table has current.update()?
Did you check for all records on that table this is happening or only for some?

we have two integrations so we have two Before business rules with no current.update(). order one is 1000 and other is 1100

yes ankur its happening for both randomly
when we have company as XYZ then its happening
and i observed the same issue for change ticket as well
please help me with your inputs
