Does anyone know why adding ngMaterial CSS Include and JS Include to a portal theme does not work/load as it cannot be used in widgets by default across the portal's pages.
I know the workaround to link them to a dependency that is tied to the header widget then it's available outside the header widget but just wondering why above is not acting the same.
