Why am I getting "Report visible only to a specific user or group" for a chart on the form?

I have configure a chart on a UI form. The chart is based on a report and I have shared the report with "Everyone". However, there are some users who aren't able to see them and there are some users who can see the chart. I tried emulating the users facing the issue. It seems they can see the original report, just somehow on the form they are not able to see it. I tried configuration for the chart on the form, but there is nothing specific regarding permission.

Hi,
I would double-check that this report is actually shared with everyone and also check to make sure it's not "everyone" but then roles are selected, such as:
- Everyone All users can view the report. If roles are selected from the Roles field and added to the Role required list, only users with those roles can view the report.
Ensure you actually "save" after selecting "Everyone", etc.

Ok, I changed it to certain groups and make sure that it gets saved. Further, I only selected those groups which are assigned to the users. However, when I emulate I still don't see the report.
Strange that user can see the report by "View/Run" menu, but not on the form.

Hi,
Can you see if there's any different in roles for who can see it versus who can't?
And adjust as needed?
Not sure how some people in the same group can see it, but others can't, unless there are no roles they are inheriting from the group or something?
