Why is delete button missing on a record

Hi I have a scoped app and created a role "dra" and an ACL delete then add dra role to a user but upon impersonating a certain user

I'm not  able to see the delete button when i open a record but when in list layout i was able to delete records using the options below. See Fig below.

Hello Eagar,

Please do this , right click in the List header and then click on Configure-->List Control and then deselect Omit Delete Button.

After that you may able to see the Delete button on the form as it is selected so it may not be visible

List Control is not available in the configurable on the list header.

Found the solution it was because of the Global Ui Action Delete with requires role for admin only.
