SUMMARY
The CMDB Group Dashboards, based on CMDB Queries, are returning inaccurate measurements (100% and 0/0 counts).
BACKGROUND
I identified two attributes as 'recommended' for applications (version and installed).
I have established a CMDB Query identifying applications that run on servers and I have verified that the query returns a list of applications as the first column (start node is application). In my personal instance, I wanted a list of applications that are running on an AIX server. The query returns 7 rows as three applications are running on two servers (SAP Web 01, 02, and 03 run on SAP AppSrv01 and SAP AppSrv02) and one application (SAP Web 04) is running on one server (SAP AppSrv02).
For the four applications, I verified that the recommended attribute of version is 100% populated and the recommended attribute of installed is 0% populated. I am expecting the health report to identify the missing recommended attributes.
I have established a CMDB Group, type of Health, based on the CMDB Query I built. I verified that the CMDB Group is accessing/returning the four distinct applications.
I executed the CMDB Health Jobs and they ran to completion (no errors).
I am expecting to see the four applications as the denominator for the recommended, required, duplicate, orphan, and staleness metrics.

Ok, I feel silly. According to the ServiceNow documentation,
CMDB Group Type of HEALTH sets CMDB Health to monitor the health of the group CIs and aggregate health results for the group as a whole. Can be populated only be encoded queries.

I manually executed each job (execute now).
I have watched the attachment and reviewed Community, Product Documentation, and I have scoured the web looking for help. I do not understand why the CMDB Query and the CMDB Group both produce the expected result (four distinct applications in my example), but the CMDB Group Health dashboard based on the CMDB Group is not returning non-zero values.
