Why Assigned To list is empty

Hi,

The 'Assigned To' list is empty, even though the Assignment Group has members with an itil role. Kindly help.

Steps to resolve the issue 
1 - configure assigned to field 
2- In related tabs "Dictionary Overrides" locate Problem table


3- open problem and follow this as per by your case set reference qualifier

Check the Dictionary Overrides Related List on the Assigned to Dictionary Entry to see if there is an entry for Problem that is overriding the reference qualifier.
