Hi,
The 'Assigned To' list is empty, even though the Assignment Group has members with an itil role. Kindly help.

Check the Dictionary Overrides Related List on the Assigned to Dictionary Entry to see if there is an entry for Problem that is overriding the reference qualifier.

Hi @Brad Bowman ,
There was a dictionary override for the Problem, where it requires the role as problem coordinator. Once I added problem coordinator role to the Analytics Manager group, it started to show up.

Hi @Community Alums ,
Check the reference qualifier applied to Assigned to field by Configure Dictionary Users should have itil role and any dictionary overrides and the user profiles active true not locked out.
Try with different group insted of Analysts settings manager add itil role if you are able to see another group members.
Check acl on the assigned to"field have few ACLs.
assigned to field acl role add to group then able to select the user.
Mark it as helpful and solution proposed if it serves your purpose.
Thanks,
Anand
