Hi,
I have the Reference field 'Parent' in my sc_req_item table. Why I dont have the option 'Open Record' and go to the current incident?

Hi @Alon Grod
Both can't be done , either make it read only or edit able. But why editable, if it is getting auto populated. Check this system property please

HI @Alon Grod ,
Can you check for any UI Policy or Business rule running for that field on the form.

Hi @Alon Grod
It is due to the read only on the parent field. Please check the UI policy , as I can see that the on the dictionary level it is has no restricts.

@Dr Atul G- LNG there is a ui policy on this field, is there any way to make it read only using UI policy but also make the 'open record' available?
