Why is my Single Sign On throwing it to External Logout?

We have setup Single Sign On on our Dev Instance, and when we have the adfs redirect it comes up with the following URL/error.

At this point to Login we have to backspace the /external_logout_complete.do part of the URL, hit Enter, then it automatically logs us in.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Finally found the answer:

Redirecting the Logout to the Login Page

Navigate to:

Multi-Provider SSO > Identity Providers

Set

Identity Provider's SingleLogoutRequest

to:

find_real_file.png

I'm sure yours will be different.

It happens the same in any browser. I'm using Chrome.

Token or Cookie Issue?

Check your Auth(X.509) certificate. Following link was very useful for me:

Hello Tony,

What did you set the field the External Logout Redirect after setting the "Identity Provider's SingleLogoutRequest" with the url?

You said that you set the Identity Provider's SingleLogoutRequest  with a url. Should this url and the value of the system property glide.authenticate.sso.saml2.idp_logout_url  be the same?

I am new to SSO, can you help me with these doubts?

Regards,

Reeba
