Scheduled Reports - Blank PDF

Hi Team,

We have created a Pivot Report and scheduled it to be sent on monthly basis as a PDF.

It was working till last month but now it sends a blank report/pdf.

When you run the same report manually you will get the data but PDF is blank in the email.

We have the plugin "WebKit HTML to PDF" already installed. Run as is not empty.

Please assist us on this issue.

Hi mjs9,

 

Check the run as user field in the scheduled report to check whether the user has privileges to run the report. By default it will be filled by the user who is scheduling the report.

 

 

 

If the Run as field is not available in the form layout, configure the form layout to add it on the form.

Run as field is not empty and run by admin user.

Do you see any drastic difference in data size? Have you tried with limited records?

No data, its a blank PDF now!
