Hello experts,
We noticed that in one of our sub prod instance, some of the properties for inbound email are not reflected in the Inbound Email Configuration part of the email properties page.

For example this property is present but not reflected:

Is this the expected behavior?

Hello,
I found the answer. This is because in one instance, the property is not categorized to email properties.

Though I am not sure why is it not categorized in one instance while categorized in one instance given that it was both created by the OOB.

Regards.,
Vaine

Hi @Rain Vaine

The reason can be some security or it has display false in some core code but your question is valid.
