Why is the menu item I created not showing up in the header menu?

I created a new header menu and added menu items to it.
However, even if you look at the portal screen, the corresponding item is not displayed.
If anyone knows the cause and solution, please let me know.

Also when you cloned "Header Menu widget", did you copy angular templates:

"Header Menu Widget" is not created.
They use existing ones.

then what new have you created? can you share the screen shot of your entire portal and the new entry you created?

What I created this time will be the header menu used in the service portal and its main menu.

I've created an imitation of the default service portal, but the problem is that the menu items I created do not appear on the actual screen.

@Ro5 ok, in that case, in your menu item, the "parent menu" should not be "SP header menu", it should be "Header Menu" which you have created.
