This is a functionality requested. My only workaround is to ask the client to have various different catalog items with different SLA's attached to them.
This seems like a common problem which clients would ask customers and hence, why hasn't servicenow developed a way for us to do it?
Also , let me know if any other workaround is feasible.

@Aditya64 First type Show related fields and press enter
Then, type variables.
After that, you'll be able to access catalog items and it's variables

Hi @Aditya64
There is no need to have different catalog items for different SLAs. Instead, just have one variable on the catalog item (a select box). Based on the value selected by the user, you can trigger the SLA. In the SLA definitions, you can access the RITM/SC Task variables.

It’s not like that. You can create the SLA on a variable as well. The only thing is that you need to select the variable in the SLA condition.
