Why isn't the correct Time Stamp showing in the Agent Workspace Email Reply?

Hello Everyone, 

 

I am having a problem with the Agent Workspace. When an user replies to an email in agent workspace, the reply email is displaying the incorrect time zone. Our instances are set to EST & the users records are in EST. I am not understanding why it is still displaying the wrong time zone.

Furthermore, I set the system property, glide.email.append.timezone, to false. It is still showing the wrong time zone format. 

 

Is this a bug in the Agent Workspace?
