We have one policy in published state. And on portal that policy has created knowledge base article. In back-end we have modified policy 4 times. But those 4 versions are being displayed on the policy (portal.). How can I disabled that. Also it is showing 5 days ago. what does it mean. Please refer below image.

You can control the visibility of article history via the widget instance options
The '5 days ago' is the last updated time stamp
