Hi,
I have the OOB UI Action 'Create Request' on the incident table. When I click on it im being redirect to sc_cat_item table in order to create new request. After I submit the request the 'parent' field is not getting populated with current INCIDENT that I created the request from. How can I adjust the OOB UI action so that it will get populated with the relevant INCIDENT? Using Service Operation Workspace

Hi Alon,
When I do the same in Service Operations Workspace, I am seeing the Parent field populated on the REQ record. I also have a BR to copy the Parent from the REQ to RITM(s) when created. Do you have any custom Business Rules on the sc_request table that set the parent field from somewhere else?

Hi @Alon Grod ,
Were you able to figure out this ?. I am also facing the same issue but not aware where to do the adjustment to populate the parent field on request table. Can you please share your findings?
