Hey community let's talk about the configurations captured in ServiceNow update sets, have you ever noticed why the SLA definitions captures in update set and why not the incidents, etc. So let me tell you about the attribute which is 'Update synch' usually present in dictionary entries where table is 'contract_sla' & type is collection, by enabling this attribute to true you can be able to capture SLA definitions in update sets.

to be honest, I don't see any added value by misusing questions just to promote any small tips or external content. It fills the activity stream with many open questions which cannot be answered. In this way, the real questions are pushed to the bottom of the list, putting users with real problems at a disadvantage!
