Why UI policy not work in catalog ui policy.

Hi  Everybody ,

I am using UI Policy in catalog item but its not working in catalog  and if i cross check in incident form so there is work

and i just want to confirm that is any upgrae neede,.Could any one suggest me out.

Please check if any other UI policy or client script making this field visible, Also increase the the order of your UI policy something like 500 and check once...

Not work i change its order and inactive other catalog. then no work in test catalog

If you want to hide that project_type variable in a catalog item you should set visible = false  please try and check.

Hi @angel kumari ,

Do you want to hide the field called  - Project Type?

For that you have to set the value of Visible False than it will not able to visible on front end side.

Or please cross check all the configuration that you have done on incident form that you have done. May be you are missing something. 

Try to change the visible false I think this will work for you
