¿Why user can't see choice list?

Why if I go as Administrator I can see the choice list as specified in the table, but whenever a user opens the record the choice lists appear as blank?

The following image has 10 options, but as a user view they see nothing. Why?

The problem was that all users got imported and assigned to a specific language in the platform. It got fixed by assigning the right language where the options were customized. Thanks everyone for the help!

Can you login in as admin and impersonate as the user who is facing this issue and check if you can see the list on table sys_choice.list?


Yes, the user can see the table.


Weird. Is the issue same for all users or one specific user?


All users, it's the first time something like this happens.
