Work notes field has to be changed to "Work Notes (Not visible to customer)" only on Incident form

Hi,

I want the name of Work Notes field to be changed as "Work Notes (Not visible to customer)" only on Incident form.

I know I have to right click --> Configure Dictionary --> Dictionary Overrides. But, where should I specify that the name has to be "Work Notes (Not visible to customer)"?

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I found the answer for this. There is a client script by name "Modify Comments Label". In that, it is setting the message as "Customer Visible". I went and modified that accordingly. it worked. Thanks.

There is a client script 'Modify Comments Label' on Task table where you can modify this.
