Hi,
I want the name of Work Notes field to be changed as "Work Notes (Not visible to customer)" only on Incident form.
I know I have to right click --> Configure Dictionary --> Dictionary Overrides. But, where should I specify that the name has to be "Work Notes (Not visible to customer)"?
Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I found the answer for this. There is a client script by name "Modify Comments Label". In that, it is setting the message as "Customer Visible". I went and modified that accordingly. it worked. Thanks.

No Dictionary override.... simply create new label for this field with table incident.

Hi Gurmeet,
I have a field on Incident form "Additional Comments (Customer Visible)". This is the name of the field as shown on the form. My manager wanted it to be "Additional Comments (Visible to Customer )". So, as you suggested, I went on and related a new label on Incident form. But now, I see the field name as "Additional Comments (Visible to Customer )(Customer Visible)". So, I went and checked the label which was created by system. I found the name as only "Additional Comments", but there is no "Customer Visible" part in it. Where did that come from and how do I remove that and display the field label as "Additional Comments (Visible to Customer )"?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, You have to do it using label , Not dictionary over rides.
1. Go to: Configure Dictionary,
2. In related tabs, You will see 'Labels'.
3. Add a label for incident table.
