Workflow Approval User activity not returning any result?

Hi All,

I'm facing an issue in Workflow Approval User activity. after Approving the Approval Request, Workflow Approval User activity is ot returning any result and not moving to the next activity. What could be the reason behind this? How to solve this?

Are you seeing two approval records generated - one for each user that you specified? If so, are they both in the Requested state initially?

If both records are not created, does the user for the one that is missing have any roles, specifically itil or approval_user?  Is the user active?  Have you tried the same with one or two different users?

Hi @Brad Bowman  I can see two individual approval records are being generated for each user and both are in Requested state initially. Both the user has approver_user role and both are active users and I have tested with different users as well. I have tried to shuffle the users in Approvers, strangely the approval is working for only one user which I'm mentioning first in Approvers. 

When the approval is completed by the second user first, which it sounds like is the scenario where the workflow doesn't move forward, is the other approval record still in the Requested state? Is the same behavior observed on other workflows with an Approval - User activity created in the same way?

Check the lines connected and check if it is getting redirected to the same approval action by any chance.
