Workflow changes

Hi, I have a big problem because I was commissioned to change the workflow for one of the directories and I'm totally inexperienced in this and I don't know how to go about it. I have a workflow that I can take as a model but I don't know what to do next 😞 I need to create a workflow that works like this:

  • Approval workflow
    1. 'Requested For' Line Manager
    2. Technical Owner/Deputy of the LRA core service
      • Owner/Deputy are both notified but only one approval is needed
    • (Existing STO approval workflow can be used as a starting point)
  • Fulfilment tasks
    1. On approval, create a task called 'Assign User to AD Group'
      • Assign automatically to L1 TechBar group
    2. On completion of the above task, create a task called 'Assign User to LRA'
      • Assign automatically to L3 Applications group
  • This new catalogue item shall also be available in the New Starter form options

Now I have something like this:

Hello @New user1212 ,

Can help you out but the requirement is quite a lot it needs to be handled step by step. You also have a workflow to copy so you can just make the required changes in it and achieve the results.

if it copies an existing workflow, how can I add options with creating catalog tasks? I mean this issue:
Fulfillment tasks
On approval, create a task called 'Assign User to AD Group'
Assign automatically to L1 TechBar group
On completion of the above task, create a task called 'Assign User to LRA'
Assign automatically to L3 Applications group

Hello @New user1212 ,

These are the changes we need to make if we have to make in the copied flow to make sure you are aligned with the requirement you got.
