Workflow does not get generated for request if we select any amount in field "Price"

While raising the request if field "Price" value is 0 then workflow gets generated fine and request got assigned to the assignment group as per mentioned in the workflow, however if we add any amount in price field instaed of 0 then request gets generated fine but workflow does not get generated and the assignment group field value gets changed to any other group name. 

 

Please suggest where we can see the configuration of field price because we have changed "BR" client script, script include and UI action but not success.

Can you check workflow condition in properties on workflow ...!!
