Hello everyone,
Looking for some advice.
I have a catalog item, if approval for one of the roles gets rejected the whole task goes into closed incomplete and immediately closes.
How can I change it so that if one rejection comes in for one of the roles the flow keeps going so the roles that have been approved get applied and then closed out by the correct assignment group.
Here is the workflow as it stands right now.

If anyone rejects, the whole approval is getting rejected.
To chnage this, you can change from approval user activity.
You might want to add/alter existing workflow activities as per your requirement.
