Hello, I am learning Workflows. Issue: An end user submits a request from the Service Portal & the Request Summary confirmation page gives them a request number & details. Under the STAGE column, the first line always shows 'Request Approved (Approved)'. \n Q: Where in the Workflow do I configure this value/property? *Sorry, this site is not letting me upload a pic.
