Workflow is getting stuck at Begin activity

Workflow is getting stuck at Begin activity. Also, checked in the Active context, there is an error in the logs and every time I had to click on "Nudge" UI action to trigger the workflow

Hi,
Check the conditions on the workflow to see when it expects to trigger.
I have seen situations where someone will restart a workflow from script and it will be stuck on the start activity until a record update is made on the corresponding record (e.g. change request.)

What is the error you are getting in the logs, that should help some one to help you resolve

Does your workflow have proper trigger conditions?
check the error logs what it says; it will help you debug more
there could be situations where someone will restart a workflow from script and it will be stuck on the start activity until a record update is made on the corresponding record. check that
