Workflow is not visible in list of workflow variable in catalog item?

Hi,

I have created workflow in scoped application and set the application scope as "all application scope".But, the workflow is not visible in the list of workflow variable on catalog form. Also while creting a workflow I have selected table as sc_cat_item.

Could you please help me on this?

You should select table as Requested item(sc_req_item). Once done the workflow will be available in workflow field.

I am trying to create change request from catalog item, when I try to look up workflow I created for change request table it is not visible to select for catalog item since it is not from requested item table, What is the best way to create change request from portal ?
