Hi,
I built a Rest Web Service API connection to our Azure Devops, so that we can add user to whatever project and role selected. Everything was working using Azures UAT, but now in the Azure Prod I get intermittent error of Socket Timeout with a Status Code of 0.
I set the Timeout in my workflow Rest Web Service activity to 60 seconds, but when I review the errors that return the start and end is a little over 10 seconds.
This is very important that I get this fixed.
This is a screenshot of what workflow view after it has run.
This doesn't have all the time, it is intermittently. Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas as to what is going on? Or if this is an issue in ServiceNow or even the browser?
Any help would be appreciated.

That didn't work. We found out that the issue was on the azure side. Thank you for your help.

Hi Mike,
Recently we have done Snow to Azure integration, we noticed for few tickets we are getting status 0 and few ticket status 200 for the API call, am not sure where is the issue, let me know if you can provide solution to overcome this, please find the details in below link.
