Workflow studio choices

How can I enter in workflow studio options with variables which is choise for the same.

The user selects CSDM on the form in flow, how I create a record in cmdb, I want it to go to the csdm field, but here I can't indicate this choice. How to do it?

If I'm not mistaken, you need to pick the record created or used in the previous step and then work with that, not directly.

I have a form in which the user has already indicated the value that I should be there, on this basis I want to enter this value into the created record. However, I can't put it in this place with variables.
