Workflow Studio REST Step – Unable to Select Table in “Save As Attachment”

Hi Community,

I’m working on a Workflow Studio Action where I call a Salesforce API to retrieve quote/PO JSON + Base64 document data.

The flow is:

SAP Contract Order → Script Step → JSON payload (Sales Document + Agreement Number) → REST Call to Salesforce → JSON + Base64 Response

Since the Salesforce response can be larger than the normal REST response limit, I’m using Save As Attachment in the REST step.

Under Response Handling → Save As Attachment, I have:

• Save As Attachment: Enabled
• Attachment File Name: Quote/PO File
• Table: Select a Table
• Attachment File Record: Drag and drop record data pill

My Script Step already outputs a single Record called SAP Contract Order, which points to the table:

x_wsii_willscot_0_sap_contract_orders

However, the Table dropdown does not open or allow me to select a table. Clicking it does nothing.

Could someone please clarify:

1. Should the Table field automatically derive the table from the Attachment File Record?
2. Is the Table field required if I already have a valid Record data pill?
3. Is this a known Workflow Studio UI issue in the Australia release?
