I would appreciate some help here.
As you can see, in this workflow, there's two tasks that are created via run script when state is Work in Progress, but when rejected in the Approval - Group stage, it clears all approvals and needs to go back to the state of Work in Progress and tasks need to be created again. The problem is, when go back to state Work in Progress and needs to create those tasks again, tasks have been duplicated. Why does this happen? Can someone please help me to solve this?
