Workspace - how to make agent assist search more flexible?

Hi,

 

In a workspace, I have set up agent assist. It provides agents with automatic search results that show possible solutions for records they open. 

 

The issue is that the search is not very "flexible". I'd like the search to return KB articles even when there is a slight typo in the search term. Is this possible to configure? For example, searching for "firewall" returns two KB articles, but "firewal" returns 0.

Is it possible to make the search more flexible? Perhaps with AI?
