workspace related search disappeared

I managed somehow to get rid of related search.

I setup all identical to the other instance

Enabled the "enable related search" checkbox (which is kind of grayed out?)

yet...Related search does not show up on agent assist.

Any ideas?

somehow it came back... but only with a huge time delay.

what I did: I exported some context search configurations from prod instance and replaced the ones on dev instance. 

As DEV instance anyway wasn't working anymore this was easy.

A day later: woha.. related search is back...
