Wrong timestamp in Standard Ticket Conversations

When a user adds comments in the portal, the timestamp is 1 hour behind the actual time. How do I fix this?

Hi Vidhya,
Have you considered the time zone of the logged in user who is viewing the Portal Comments?
I would try changing the time zone on the sys_user record of your user, clear your cache, and then check the Portal comments again as that user.
Compare that to a user in the correct time zone, and see if that is leading to the difference in display values.
