Hi All,

After problem status changes from under investigation to solution implemented.
There is one knowledge article is created. But We are able to see that kb article number in info message in problem record.
But when we check the same number in all knowledge article list with that number there is no record found.
One more point After seeing the info message in problem record kb article created with number"1234" and another
error also coming You do not have permission to contribute to this knowledge base.

Why this is happened. Please let me know the reason.

there must be can contribute user criteria for Knowledge base which is not working for this user

Hi Trupti,

 

When I check with the kb article number in the list view we are unable to find the kb article with that number in list view.

 

Please let me know where I should want to check that user criteria for the knowledge base.

you can find user criteria under Knowledge base record, please see below,

Try to remove user criteria and create KB article as per your process, lets see its still showing error or not

Note that not all users have full permissions to create and read knowledge bases. Make sure that the KB creation has not been modified OOB and check that the KB that has been created can be viewed as you have all the roles to view it. In this case the roles are as follows:

there are also some fields that are hidden and are very helpful in each of the KBs, but I would look for the sys_id of the created item.
