I have just zbooted a Demo instance. I went to import the set of users and got failures from the update set. When I looked - all the users that I needed to recreate were already in the sys_user table.
Does this mean that the zboot has not been run successfully and the instance is now in an indeterminate state? I feel I should request another zboot. I have never had users (other than the OOTB set) remaining in the sys_user table after a zboot before.
