Zurich - Integration user doesn't show up in OAuth application user drop-down

In Zurich the Integration user doesn't show up in OAuth application user drop-down in the Inbound integrations: OAuth - Client credentials grant.

I also cannot check the 'Web Services integration user only' when creating the user as that's hidden, so which roles do I need to add to my integration user to make it be listed in the drop-down? (I have tried with both Human and Machine in the Identity type without any joy so far...)

Thanks for coming back to me again on this issue, @Tanushree Maiti , much appreciated.

However, I have realized what my issue was over the weekend. You have to give the user created a first and last name for it to show up in the Inbound integrations drop-down list. I suppose it's my lack of ServiceNow knowledge that caused me to fall into this trap...

Thanks @Tanushree Maiti confirmed, I can see its value there, and I can actually see it change between False/True depending on selecting Human/Machine for the user's Identity type. However, as stated earlier, I'm not able to find this user of the OAuth application user drop-down in the Inbound integrations. I.e., my question is, which roles and/or other attributes does a user need to appear in this drop-down list?

Hi @jsorensen

Please share the screen shot of your oauth_entity or Application Registry  on "I'm not able to find this user of the OAuth application user drop-down in the Inbound integrations"
