Add a Related List records to email notification in DPR

Hi, I'm currently working on am email notification for the creation of Release Templates and would like to include the records on the related list tabs Phase, Task and Policy.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I could achieve this?

I would like to include the data from the related records in the email notification. I tried using mail script to display the phases related to the record, however it is displaying all the records from the Release Phase table instead. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Check the relationship between the Release Phase and the Release Template is actually via the parent field. (I am struggling to activate this plugin in my PDI to check myself at the moment.)

You can often right-click the filter in the related list and open in a new window to validate this.

I presume you want to get data from related records in your email content?

You could use a mail script to do this.
