'All Stories must be in Planned State' policy is non-compliant although Work Items are in Planning

Hello,

I have integrated my OOB instance with Jira.
While I run policies to check if all stories are in planned state, it returns non-compliant.
The policy is OOB and active.
The story and Epic on Jira which have been added to the Release Scope are in a 'To Do' state, and the corresponding Work Item on DPR does show as 'Planned'.
What could be going on?

The "All Stories must be in Planned State" policy is in demo data. The records in demo data is not intended for use. This policy got out-dated over the releases.
But we will take this feedback and take necessary actions.
